Two youths arrested 1) City police arrested a 17-year-old female yesterday and charged her with one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on Monday May 26th she breached the conditions of her curfew.

1) City police arrested a 17-year-old female yesterday and charged her with one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on Monday May 26th she breached the conditions of her curfew. She will be appearing in court on July8th.

2) Yesterday evening at approx. 7:30 pm city police attended on Pozzebon Cr. regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival officers located a young female in an intoxicated condition. At this time the officers arrested the young girl for being intoxicated in a public place. Further investigation by officers revealed that the accused was on an undertaking release with conditions to not consume alcohol. She was subsequently charged with one count of breach of an undertaking. She will be appearing in court on July 8th.

Attempted break and enters

City police were called to investigate three reports of attempted break and enter. An attempt was made to enter a garage in the 600 block of Queen St. W. - nothing was taken. Attempts were also made to enter a residence in the 200 block of Albert St. W. and an apartment in the 100 block of Elgin St.

Mischief

City police were called to two locations to investigate mischief complaints. A bus shelter and several vehicles were damaged in the 600 block of MacDonald Ave.
A residence in the 100 block of Poplar Ave had a front window damaged.

Thefts

Two vehicles were entered overnight. A vehicle parked in the 100 block of Cartier St. was entered - it is unknown what was taken at this time. A vehicle parked in the 100 block of Ellis Rd was entered and a small amount of change was taken.
