Daniel HUBLEY age 20 of No Fixed Abode was arrested by Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Detectives in connection with a home invasion on March 14 2012 on Andrew St.. The accused was involved in the home invasion with four other accused persons already charged with the same offences. The charges are as followed Break and Enter, Administer Noxious Substance and Disguise with Intent to commit an Indictable Offence. He is scheduled to appear in Bail Court this morning.

Paul Archambault age 50 of 306 Korah Rd was arrested for theft under $5000.00. It is alleged the accused was at the Dollerama store in the Station Mall where he stole two packages of gum. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on June 11 2012.

Brent Simpson age 40 of 391 Carpin Beach Rd.was arrested and charged with three counts of Breach of his Recognizance. It is alleged that between the 11th and 12th of May the accused communicated with two persons that he was on conditions not communicate with and he allegedly was not in his residence at a designated time as per a court imposed curfew. These were all violations of a previous release document. He is scheduled for Bail Court on May 16 2012.
