Arrests:
A 44-year-old female was arrested and charged in relation to a domestic incident involving her ex-boyfriend.

18-year-old Joshua Douglas Roess of 55 Idaho Drive was arrested and charged in relation to two separate incidents. It is alleged that the accused broke into a residence in the 600 block of Queen Street West on the 14th of March 2012 and stole a number of items including beer, jewelry, and the homeowner’s vehicle. The vehicle was later recovered. It is further alleged that on the 27th of March 2012 the accused assaulted two 15-year-old female victims known to him. He was charged with break and enter, theft and two counts of assault. He will be appearing in court on the 30th of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

21-year-old Daniel Murphy of 864 Queen Street East was arrested and charged for allegedly stealing clothing from H& R Lash (308 John Street). It is alleged that the accused stole clothing articles on two separate occasions (on the 24th and the 27th of March). He was charged with two counts of theft and one count of breach of probation for failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior.

30-year-old Kathleen Mary Running of 177 Carlbert Street was arrested on two outstanding warrants for allegedly breaching her probation. At the time of arrest the accused was found to be in possession of a small quantity of cocaine. She was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance and was released with a court date of the 30th of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

29-year-old Corey Vincent Peplow of 77 Adrian Drive was arrested and charged for allegedly damaging a coin machine in the laundry room of an apartment building on Cambridge Place. He was charged with mischief and also with breach of probation for failing to keep the peace and be of good behavior. The accused will be attending court on the 30th of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
Break And Enters:
- A residence on Heath Road. Jewelry was stolen.
- A shed in the 100 block of Amber Street. A bike was stolen. Two suspects were chased away by the homeowner. One described was in their twenties, approximately six feet tall and wearing dark clothing.
Thefts And Property Crimes:
- An I-POD & sunglasses were stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Kohler Street.
