Domestic Dispute Yesterday afternoon at approx. 1:30 PM City Police attended an address in Bayview in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers were informed, by the complainant, that she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend.

Yesterday afternoon at approx. 1:30 PM City Police attended an address in Bayview in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers were informed, by the complainant, that she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend. The assault consisted of the accused throwing the victim against the wall. At approx. 12:10 AM, this morning, City Police located the accused and arrested him. The accused, a 21-year-old male will be appearing in Bail Court today on charges of Assault and Three Charges of Breach of Probation. The victim did not require medical attention as a result of the assault.

Breach of an Undertaking

At approx. 11:30 PM last night City Police attended a Hawthorne Ave. residence in regards to a dispute. Upon arrival the officers spoke to the involved parties. Through investigation it was learned that the male, 41- year- old James Mallette had breached a release document condition. As a result he was arrested and Charged with Breach of an Undertaking. He will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM.

Shoplifter

At approx. 3:15 Pm yesterday afternoon City Police were called to Pino’s Get Fresh at 197 Trunk Rd in regards to a shoplifter. Upon arrival officers were informed, by the store manager, that a male was observed concealing a quantity of meat items under his coat. The male was apprehended when he left the store without making any attempt to pay for the meat items. Charged with Theft Under $ 5,000.00 is 47-year-old Rene Lamarche, of 413 Albert St.W. Apt. # 2. He will be appearing in Court on April 4th at 9:00 AM.
