Bail Court Today

1) A 22 year old female will appear in bail court this morning charged with assaulting her common law husband. It is alleged that after a night of socializing they became involved in an argument over a friend and that the dispute escalated into violence when the accused punched her husband and then poured hot water from the kettle onto the head of the victim. The victim received minor burns to his head and ear.

2) A 21 year old male will appear in bail court today charged with criminal harassment and threatening death. It is alleged that from November 2008 to March of 2009 the accused harassed his ex-girlfriend by telephone, e-mail and by personal contact and further stated he would get a gun and shoot her and then himself. The accused attended at the police station and turned himself in.

Property Crimes

Break and Enter

Police are investigating a break and enter to a garage in the 100 block of Princeton Drive. Stolen was a Kawasaki 250 4-stroke Monster edition motorcycle.

Theft

A motor vehicle was entered on Pleasant Drive An I-pod was reported taken.
