Sometime between the hours of 6:00pm on June 26 and June 27 at 6:56am a business was entered on Spring Street – a wallet and currency taken.

Sometime between 06:00am and 07:00am on June 27, a residence in the 20 block of Maple Street was entered and a Samsung Television was taken.

Sometime in the early morning hours of June 27, a residence was entered on Maple Street – Currency and medication taken.

Break and Enter to a residence in the 1000 block of Queen Street East – Currently under investigation.

Vehicle entered in the 200 block of Doncaster Road overnight – identification taken.

Mischief to a vehicle in the 90 Block of Pawating Place – radiator hose cut.

Bear sightings – One in the area of Chippewa Street / one in the 700 block of Goulais Avenue.

Morning Report:
On the 26th of June 2012 at approximately 5:05 pm, Melissa Assiginack of 351 Douglas St was arrested and charged with one count of theft under $5000. It is alleged that on that date the accused was at the Dollarama store on Second Line West where she concealed several items on her person and leaving without making any attempt to pay. She will be appearing in court on July 30th.
27 year old Alisha Caron of 1261 Wellington Street East was arrested and charged with one count of theft under $5000. It is alleged that Ms. Caron stole prescription pain killers from an individual known to her. She will also be appearing in court on July 30th.
31 year old Epingishmok Stevens of 464 Frontenac Street was arrested on an outstanding warrant for fail to attend court on a charge of resist arrest. He will be appearing in bail court today.
26 year old Lance Wabigwan of 334 Second Avenue was charged with mischief and assault. Mr. Wabigwan was lodged in police cells on an unrelated matter and while in the cell caused an injury he had received earlier to bleed and smeared blood throughout the cell. He will be appearing in court on July 30th.
28 year old Jake Corbiere of 154 Albert Street East will be appearing in court on July 30th on charges of impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood. It is alleged that on the 26th of June Mr. Corbiere lost control of the vehicle he was driving and struck an apartment building on Lake Street. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes: (Thefts, Mischief Reports, etc.):
A skateboard, change and an I Pod were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Doncaster Road.
A home in the 500 block of Northland Road was broken into between 7:00 and 9:00 pm. Jewelry was reported to have been stolen.
Cigarettes and an I Pod touch were reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Kingsford Road.
