Last night members of the Sault Ste Marie Police Service arrested a 36-year-old female on several breaches. It is alleged that the accused breached conditions of her undertaking release order by attending at the downtown residence of a male person she was not to associate with. She is also alleged to have communicated with the same male and annoyed and harassed him. The female is charge with three counts of breach of an undertaking.

Yesterday morning at approximately 9:30 am members of the Sault Ste Marie Police Service arrested a 17-year-old female for assault and mischief. It is alleged that the accused person attended at the address of a person known to her and while there assaulted the victim by kicking and punching her. The accused is also alleged to have caused damage to the residence by kicking a hole in the wall and damaging a door. The accused is charged with one count of mischief and two counts of assault. The victim did not require medical attention.

Early yesterday morning members of the Sault Ste Marie Police Service arrested two 20-year-old males for possession of stolen property. It is alleged that the two accused, Mason Falls and Gregory Pearce, were in possession of a back pack that was reported stolen earlier in the morning as well as a bicycle reported stolen from Pointe Des Chenes Cr. It is further alleged that the accused Pearce was in possession of 1.5 grams of marihuana. At the times of these offences both accused males were on probation.

Mason Falls, age 20, of 828 Queen St. E. is charged with two counts of possession of property obtained by crime, one count of breach of probation and two counts of theft under $5,000.

Gregory Pearce, age 20, of 539 John St. is charged with One count of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of property obtained by crime, three counts of theft under $ 5,000 and one count of breach of probation.

Break and Enter
A shed was entered in the 200 block of Pointe Louise Dr. A mountain bike was stolen.

Mischief
Garbage bins were damaged in the 1800 block of Queen St. E.

Theft
Five vehicles were entered in the 200 and 300 blocks of Pine Shores Dr. Thieves stole coin and electronics.

A vehicle was entered in the 100 block of Hugill St- cash and pair of binoculars were taken.

A bicycle was stolen from the 300 block of Pine Shores Dr.

A bicycle was stolen from the 200 block of Pointe Des Chenes Cr.
