Arrests/Charged Persons:
On July 10, 2012 a male youth, who was an occupant at Pauline’s Place on Queen St East, was charged with breach of probation and mischief after he ripped the telephone out of the wall and threw it across the room. He will be appearing in bail court in the morning.

On the 10th of July 2012, Peter Miller (age 33) of 732 Queen St East, was in the Station Mall. He attended one of the businesses where it is alleged he stole 18 rings. Security was notified and attempted to arrest him. Mr. Miller elbowed the security officer in the face and he had to be subdued while police were called. He will be spending the night at the Sault Ste Marie Police Service cell block and attending bail court in the morning. He is charged with theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property, assault and resisting arrest.

On the 10 July 2012 a male was robbed of his silver necklace by two men who confronted him in the downtown area. Charged with robbery and breach of probation is Zachery Bisaillon (age 21) of 569 Cathcart St. Ethan Pine (age 20) of no fixed address is also charged with robbery. They will be appearing in bail court this morning.
