MALE BREACHING CONDITIONS

27 year old Curtis James Pheasant has been charged with 1 count breach of recognizance, 2 counts of breach of probation order and 1 count of possession of a controlled drug or substance. Yesterday at 5pm officers spoke to the accused at the corner of Alexandra Street and Andrew Street. The accused was not living at the address provided on his release documents and was therefore breaching his conditions. The accused was also found to be in possession of a billy club concealed in his jacket and 50mg of morphine. The accused will be appearing in court today.

MALE BREACHING CONDITIONS

A 25 year old male has been charged with 2 counts of breaching his release documents. The accused was found to be in the down town residence of his ex-girlfriend. At the time the accused was on conditions to not attend her residence and not communicate with her. He was arrested and will appear in court today.

MALES BREACHING CONDITIONS

24 year old Jamie Michael Gilmar and 27 year old Christopher Wayne Gilmar both of 49 Glenwood Avenue have both been arrested and will both be attending bail court today.
Earlier this morning at 2:20 am officers stopped a vehicle on Cathcart Street at Carmen’s Way. The driver Jamie Gilmar appeared to have been drinking but refused to provide a breath sample at the officers request. The accused was on conditions to not consume any alcohol, had in his possession 3 grams of marijuana and had also failed to notify his change of address.
Christopher Gilmar who was a passenger in the vehicle also had been drinking and was on conditions to refrain from alcohol.
Jamie Gilmar has been charged with 1 count of fail to provide a breath sample, 1 count of possession of a controlled drug and 2 counts of breaching his release documents.
Christopher Gilmar has been charged with 1 count of breach of release document.

WARRANTS

32 year old Darwin Gilbert Roote of no fixed address was arrested on outstanding warrants yesterday at the ARTC 800 Great Northern Road. He will be appearing court today.

YOUTH CHARGED WITH BREACHES

A 17 year old male driver was stopped yesterday on Edinburgh Street this morning at 1:30am. The accused appeared to have been drinking. The accused was on conditions to not consume alcohol and to be in his residence at 8pm. The accused was arrested and will be appearing in court on the 13th of January.

TWO ARRESTED FOR SHOPLIFTING

21 year old Theodore Benjamin Bebonang and 19 year old Dyan Britainy Roy both of 1000 Pine Street have been charged with 1 count each of theft under $5000. Mr. Bebonang was also charged with 1 count of possession of a controlled drug.
It is believed that on the 2nd of December just after 4pm the two accused were observed placing razors, cologne and insoles into a bag they were carrying, and then exiting the Zellers store at 293 Bay Street. They were apprehended by store staff and held for Police. They re both scheduled for court on January 12th.
