Erratic Driving Complaint Results in the Arrest of Two Males: At approximately 10:10 pm last night officers received a complaint regarding an erratic driver in the area of Great Northern Road.

Erratic Driving Complaint Results in the Arrest of Two Males:

At approximately 10:10 pm last night officers received a complaint regarding an erratic driver in the area of Great Northern Road.  Officers located the vehicle and stopped it in a parking lot on Great Northern Road. It is alleged that the driver, 43 year-old Stephen Kerr of 316 Pim Street (main) was found to be under the influence of alcohol and refused to provide a breath sample.  As a result, he was charged with one count of fail to provide breath sample and is to appear in court on the 7th of May.  Officers also arrested a male passenger in the vehicle, Jordan Paim, age 21, of no fixed address, for allegedly providing a false name and for breaching his probation conditions.  He was charged with three counts of breach of probation in relation to consuming alcohol, failing to keep the peace and not being in his place of residence.  He is to appear in bail court this morning. 

A male adult will also be appearing in bail court this morning facing a charge of assault in relation to a domestic related incident. 

Break and Enter Reports:

  • A residence was entered on Salisbury Avenue yesterday morning.  A Laptop was reported taken.
  • A garage on Indiana Drive was entered some time over the past weekend.  Fishing and gardening equipment and some tools were reported taken.
  • A vehicle on Maretta Street was entered and a purse was taken, gone through and located in the area with some items stolen from it.
