Male Arrested for Boundary Road Residence Break and Enter
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 32 year-old Jason Solomon of 642 Wellington Street East on the 19th of April at 1:58 pm on Great Northern Road and charged him with one count of break, enter and commit, two counts of possession of property obtained by crime and personation with intent. It is alleged that on the 19th of April at approximately 1 pm officers received a call regarding a break and enter in progress to a residence on Boundary Road. A homeowner had called police when arriving home and finding the accused running from the home.

The home was found to be broken into and some jewelery had been stolen. While officers were searching for the accused, they received a call to a business on Great Northern Road where the accused was attempting to sell the stolen jewelery. Officers attended and found the accused in possession of the stolen jewelery and at the time of his arrest the accused provided the officers with a false name and birth date. Officers furthering their investigation also learned that the accused attended at another local pawn shop on the 12th of April and pawned stolen jewelery that had been taken in a break and enter to a Wellington Street East home earlier on that date.

Male Arrested for Breach of Probation
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22 year-old Troy Bozowskyi of 3901 Highway 17 North, Goulais River, Ontario on the 19th of April at 2:30 pm on Gore Street and charged him with one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused was wanted for breaching his curfew probation conditions.

Youth Arrested for Mischief
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 14 year-old male youth on the 19th of April at 11:45 am at the police station and charged him with one count of mischief and one count of breach of a release document. It is alleged that officers received a call to the home of the accused for a family dispute. Officers attended and discovered that the accused had been yelling at a family member while in an agitated state and kicked a hole in a wall inside the home. At the time of the incident the accused was on conditions that he not molest, harass or annoy the family member.

Domestic Related Arrest
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 33 year-old male on the 20th of April at 1:10 am and charged him with one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 19th of April the accused attended at a local business that his ex-girlfriend was at, harassed her and attempted to steal her bike. At the time of the incident, the accused was on probation conditions due to previous domestic related charges, that he not molest, harass or annoy the victim.

Break and Enter Reports
• A residence on Glenholme Drive was broken into yesterday during the day. A number of items were reported stolen including a shotgun, rifle, cash, and a Gateway Laptop computer.
• A construction site on North Street was entered on the 18th – 19th of April. Numerous rolls of copper wire were reported stolen.
