Theft & Mischief

A 16 year old male will appear in court on the 26 May 2009 after being arrested and charged with two counts of theft under and one count of mischief. It is alleged the accused entered and stole items from two vehicles parked on Pittsburg St. Items taken were identification, CD’s and a GPS unit. This incident occurred on or about the 12th of April 2009. It is further alleged on the same date the accused smashed a window out of a 1993 Jeep Cherokee parked at a residence on Goulais Ave.

Violent Argument

On the 14 April 2009 at approx. 1:30 pm an argument between two friends turned violent. It is alleged the victim had had enough and was attempting to walk home when the accused jumped her knocking her to the ground and began kicking her in the head. The victim was able to get up and retreat to her own residence where the accused then attended and smashed the window out of the front door. The accused was arrested a short time later. Raya Ida Desmond aged 24 of 350 Albert St. west will appear in court on the 11 May 2009 charged with assault and one count of mischief to property.
