On June 9, 2019, officers with the Patrol Services division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 41-year-old Tobias Blayne Halloran of McNabb Street for impaired driving.
In the early morning hours of June 9, 2019, officers observed a vehicle in the ditch on Black Road and the accused outside of the vehicle. Police spoke with him and detected a smell of alcohol and noticed he was unsteady on his feet.
He was taken into custody and provided a breath sample, registering a fail. He is charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of blood alcohol over 80.
He is scheduled to appear in court on July 15, 2019.
