Two arrested after break and enter

On May 23, 2018 officers with the Patrol Services Division of The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 29-year-old Joshua Leclair of Wallace Terrace and 33-year-old Mark Strain of Albert Street West for break and enter.

It is alleged that at 4:30 p.m. the males entered a vacant building in the 300 block of East Balfour Street. Officers attended and both males were taken into custody. 

At the time, officers found that the two males were in possession of break in tools and property that had been taken from the building.

Mr. Leclair has been charged with one count break and enter with intent and one count of possession of break in instruments. Mr. Strain has been charged with one count of break and enter with intent, one count of possession of break in instruments and 2 counts of breach of probation. 

They will both appear in court on July 9, 2018.
