Arrest:
On September 11, 2012 at approximately 12:40am officers arrest a female accused on Albert Street East at Blutcher Street. The accused was breaching her release documents from a previous arrest. A search of the accused revealed the accused to be in possession of a syringe with what appeared to have a white watery substance in it believed to be methanmphetamine (crystal meth). The accused Elsie Mae Roberts, age 36 of 165 Albert Street West is charged with breach of an undertaking and possession of a controlled substance and will appear in bail court on September 11, 2012 at 10:00am.
Impaired Driving:
On September 11, 2012 at approximately 1:22am the accused was operating his vehicle on Wellington Street East and was observed going through a red light at Wellington and Gore Street. The driver of the vehicle then threw a beer bottle onto the roadway and was pulled over.
The accused was arrested for impaired driving. The accused Marc Henry Beaulieu, age 42 of 161 Breton Road is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding the legal limit. The accused will appear in court on October 15, 2012 at 09:00am
