Break in
A residence was reported broken into in the 100 block of Bellevue Ave. It is unknown what, if anything was stolen.
Shoplifting
A 15 year old male was charged with Theft under $5000. It is alleged that on the 30th of October the accused went to Sears in the station mall and tried to leave the store with a bottle of cologne without paying for it. At the time he was on probation to not be in the station mall and as a result he was also charged with breach of probation. He will be attending in court on November 27th.
Failing to appear
18 year old Brendan Stewart of 589 Lakeview Drive in Echo Bay turned himself in after failing to attend court yesterday. He was given a new court date of December 3rd.
Impaired Driving:
Nicola Sicoli (age 64) of 128 Malabar Dr. was arrested by City Police at 2:10 AM for impaired driving and consuming over the legal limit after a citizen called in an erratic driving complaint. He will be appearing in court 26 November 2012.
