Theft 20 year old Cassandra Moonias of 98 Grand Blvd was charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged that while at Sears in the Station Mall, she concealed a pair of track pants in her bag and left the store without paying.

Theft

20 year old Cassandra Moonias of 98 Grand Blvd was charged with theft under $5000.  It is alleged that while at Sears in the Station Mall, she concealed a pair of track pants in her bag and left the store without paying.  She will be appearing in court on November 19th.

Breach of release

It is alleged that a 38 year old female attended at the residence of a male and was harassing him.  She was on a bail court release with conditions to stay away from his residence and not to molest, harass or physically interfere with him stemming from a previous domestic violence incident.   She will be appearing in bail court this morning charged with 2 counts of breaching a release document.   She was also charged with 4 counts of breach of probation stemming from 3 separate probation orders.

Possession of stolen property

24 year old Brittney Westbrook of 28 Chiblow Lake Rd in Iron Bridge was arrested on an outstanding warrant for possession of stolen property.  It is alleged that on September 5th of this year she had in her possession jewelry that was stolen from a break and enter and sold it to a local business that buys jewelry for cash.  She is to appear in court on November 19th.

Break and Enter

Shortly after 2:00 this morning, a resident awoke to the sound of someone breaking into her home in the 100 block of Dennis St.  When the homeowner confronted the intruder, he punched her repeatedly in the head and fled.  The male is described as 19-20 yrs, wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and a ball cap.  He also had a black packsack and was carrying a grocery bag.  He was last seen running east bound on Wellington Street.  The victim did not receive any injuries as a result of the assault.

An I-Pad was reported stolen from an apartment in the 600 block of MacDonald Avenue.

A break and enter was reported to a garage in the 100 block of Upton Road.  Two mountain bikes were reported stolen.

Christmas decorations and a water bottle were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Breton Rd.
