Possession of Stolen Licence Plates
Last evening at 8:35 pm, officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 24 year-old Cody Cuthbertson of #3 (rear)-606 Wellington Street East during a vehicle stop on East Street and charged him with one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that at approximately 8:32 pm last night, the accused was operating a vehicle eastbound on Wellington Street East and when officers ran a check on the plates they discovered that the plates had been reported stolen earlier in the day from a vehicle that was parked in an underground parking garage on Kohler Street. At the time of the offence the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be good.

Domestic Related Arrest
A 35 year-old female was arrested on outstanding warrants on the 8th of November at 9:58 pm by officers with the Sault Ste Marie Police Service and charged with one count of assault and three counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 6th of November the accused got into a verbal argument with her common law partner while walking in the west end and assaulted him. At the time of the offence she was on probation and parole orders with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Theft Reports
Vehicles were entered on Trunk Road, Wallace Terrace, Eden Street Nixon Road and Whitney Avenue. Some of the items stolen included a wallet, an iPod Nano, a GPS, a JVC Camcorder, a Cannon digital camera, a Magellan GPS, a Kodak camera, a VR3 wireless back-up camera, a Marine radio, cash, a gum bag and a 410 single shot rifle.

Mischief Reports
• A home on Weldon Avenue was spray painted with obscene graffiti.
• A back window was smashed of a vehicle parked on Albert Street East, the ignition was also punched out.
• Vehicles, tractor trailers and equipment were reported vandalized in a rear parking lot of a construction site on Third Line East.
