The following two persons will be appearing in bail court on the 7th of November:

32 year-old Jamie Bailey(male) of 545 Second Line West and 25 year-old Louise Auger of #3-101 Breton Road
were both arrested around 4 am this morning on McNabb Street after officers were dispatched to a disturbance involving the two on Smale Avenue. It is alleged that the two attended at a residence of a person known by the accused male and when asked to leave they became upset and attempted to do damage in the home. The two left prior to police arrival and were located a short distance away on McNabb Street.
Officers ran the accused, Jamie Bailey, and discovered he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court on the 13th of August. When officers were arresting the male he resisted them by continuously trying to pull away and refusing to put his hands behind his back.
It is further alleged that the accused Louise Auger attempted to obstruct the police during the arrest of Bailey. When she was arrested she continuously struggled with and was aggressive towards officers, kicking and spitting on them. When officers ran a check on her they learned she was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for fail to appear court on the 16th of October.
The accused Jamie Bailey has been charged with one count of fail to appear court and one count of resist or obstruct peace officer.
The accused Louise Auger has been charged with one count of resist or obstruct peace officer, two counts of assault peace officer and one count of fail to appear court.

Youth Charged with Assault

A 14 year-old female was arrested on the 5th of November at 5:43 pm at her centrally located residence and charged with two counts of assault. It is alleged that the accused assaulted her mother and sister by punching them both in the face at the family home on the 5th of November just after 4 pm. Both victims received injuries not requiring medical attention. The accused is to appear in court on the 11th of December.

Fail to Appear

38 year-old Leonard Jackson of 547 Wellington Street West (front) was arrested at the court house on the 5th of November at 10:30 am on an outstanding warrant and charged with one count of fail to appear for prints from the 23rd of October. He is to appear in court on the 10th of December.

The following mischief reports were taken yesterday:

1) A vehicle that was parked at the Pee Wee Arena on Northern Avenue was keyed on the evening of the 27th of October.

2) More vehicles at the World Cars Complex were discovered damaged from over the weekend. It appears rocks were thrown at the vehicles, causing damage to windows and the side panels on the vehicles.

One Break & Enter

There was a break and enter reported to a residence on St. George’s Avenue last night sometime between 10 and 11 pm. A Play station 3 and five games were reported stolen.
