The following three persons will be appearing in bail court this morning: 1) A 55 year-old male was arrested on the 26th of November at 4:53 pm at his centrally located residence and charged with one count of unlawfully in a dwelling house.
The following three persons will be appearing in bail court this morning:

1) A 55 year-old male was arrested on the 26th of November at 4:53 pm at his centrally located residence and charged with one count of unlawfully in a dwelling house. It is alleged that on the 26th of November just before 1 pm the accused attended at the residence of his estranged wife without permission. The wife was not home at the time but the accused was observed inside by another family member.

2) An investigation conducted by patrol and the street team unit resulted in two male youths being arrested last evening in connection to a break and enter to a residence on Parkland Avenue yesterday afternoon. It is alleged that the break and enter occurred between 1 pm and 3:30 pm. A quantity of jewellery was stolen including two gold watches, a gold chain, a gold cross and a gold ring.
Arrested and charged are the following two males:
1) A 17 year-old youth was arrested on Boundary Road at 5:56 pm and charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.00. This youth was found in possession and actually wearing some of the jewellery that was stolen in the break and enter when police located and searched him. He is to appear in court on the 15th of January 2008.
2) A 12 year-old youth was arrested at his east end residence at 11:20 pm and charged with one count of break, enter and commit, one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of breach of probation under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. At the time of the offence he was on probation conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Mischief & Breach

20 year-old John Paul Marcello of no fixed address was arrested at 2:55 am on the 27th of November at the Heritage Place Apartment Building located at 631 Macdonald Avenue and charged with one count of mischief over $5,000.00 and two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused that was temporarily staying with some friends at the Heritage Place apartment complex became upset that they had been recently served an eviction notice and were to vacate that day. At around 1:15 am the accused started to cause a severe amount of damage to the apartment complex by turning on fire hoses on two floors causing water to flow from the ceilings and walls into several apartments. The accused squirted ketchup on the walls and doors of every floor as well. It is further alleged that the accused went down to the ground parking level and caused mischief to two vehicles parked in the lot by throwing rocks through the windows. Damage is believed to be in excess of $100,000.00. The accused was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident and was on probation conditions not to consume any alcohol and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

The following mischief reports were taken yesterday and overnight:

1) A van that was parked in a driveway of a residence on Cooper Street had a window broken sometime overnight on the 25th - 26th of November.

2) A vehicle parked at the Cambridge Place apartment complex had the entire passenger side scratched some time overnight on the 25th - 26th of November.

3) A window was smashed at the LCBO Store on Second Line West when a brick was thrown through it sometime overnight on the 25th – 26th of November.

4) A vehicle parked on Shannon Road had a side mirror damaged.

5) A door of an apartment on Breton Road was damaged at around 2 am on the 26th of November.

6) A window of a residence on Abbott Street was broken sometime overnight on the 27th of November.
