DRUG BUST City police patrol officers along with members of the joint forces drug unit arrested 5 people yesterday for possession of illicit drugs. This resulted during the investigation of an assault complaint at an apartment on Lake Street.

City police patrol officers along with members of the joint forces drug unit arrested 5 people yesterday for possession of illicit drugs. This resulted during the investigation of an assault complaint at an apartment on Lake Street.

Charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking were Troy Boyer, age 21, of second Avenue, Suzanne See, age 21, of Grace Street, and Eve Goersch, age 24, of Willow Avenue.

Charged with simple possession is Brian Wood, age 37, of Willow Avenue. David Van Bakel, age 21, of Willow Avenue was charged with assault, possession for the purpose of trafficking and breach of an undertaking/recognizance.

Seized were 49 grams of cannabis resin, 90.5 grams of Psilocybin (magic mushrooms), 14 ecstasy pills and 2 grams of Marijuana. The total street value is approximately $3,800.00.
