Arrested on Outstanding Warrants 55 year-old Suelo Marshall of 27 Albert Street East was arrested on the 5th of May at 10:50 am on Gore Street on outstanding warrants.

55 year-old Suelo Marshall of 27 Albert Street East was arrested on the 5th of May at 10:50 am on Gore Street on outstanding warrants. She has been charged with one count of fail to attend court from the 30th of April and one count of breach of a release document from the 5th of February. She is to appear in court on the 9th of June.

The following break and enters were reported yesterday:

1) A garage on Heath Road was entered sometime after the 1st of May. A front suspension, a rear axle and an engine from a race car were reported stolen.

2) An apartment on Sunnydale Road was entered yesterday between 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm. A Nikon camera and an Acer Laptop were reported stolen.

3) A garage on Birch Street was entered sometime between the 2nd and 5th of May. A yellow plow and a black utility trailer were reported stolen.

4) A residence on Prentice Avenue was entered sometime between the 2nd and 5th of May. The residence was ransacked. It is not known at this time what was taken.

5) A residence on Douglas Street was entered sometime between 12:15 pm and 4 pm on the 5th of May. Jewellery, money and some alcohol were reported stolen.

The following thefts were reported yesterday:

1) An enclosed, 7 x 4, white, 2008 Cargo Mate was stolen from Martin’s Trailers on Powley Road sometime between the 3rd and 4th of May.

2) A front plate was stolen off a vehicle parked on South Market Street on the 5th of May.

3) A vehicle parked on Rosedale Place was entered sometime overnight. Some money was reported stolen.

The following mischief reports were taken yesterday:

1) A vehicle parked in the Spring Street parking lot was keyed between 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm.

2) A mailbox on Pointe Des Chenes Crescent was damaged sometime overnight on the 5th of May.

3) A garbage can and yellow recycle box in front of a residence on Placid Avenue were burned sometime overnight on the 4th-5th of May.
