4:30PM update
City police made two separate domestic related arrests on the 29 May 2012. A female was arrested for common assault by biting her male partner. A male was arrested for breach of probation by harassing his partner when he was on conditions not to communicate with her. Both accused parties were given court dates on May 30th 2012 and June 27th 2012 respectively.
Police do not release the names of domestic arrests in order to protect the victim.
Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:
On May 28, 2012 an arrest warrant was executed involving a 41 year old male. The incident dated back to a domestic dispute that occurred on May 19, 2012. It is alleged that the accused attended a local address and kicked in the door. The accused then assaulted the victim. The accused is charged with assault X 2, mischief and unlawfully in a dwelling house. The accused will attend bail court on May 29, 2012 at 10:00am.

On May 29, 2012 approx. 0155 hrs Dwayne Antonio Guy, age 45 of 1052 Wellington Street East, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend for finger prints. The accused will attend court on July 9, 2012 at 09:00am.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:
Break and Enter in the 1100 hundred block of Great Northern Road. Break-in occurred between May 24 and May 27 – prescription drugs taken.
