2 Persons To Appear in Bail Court On Domestic Related Incidents: A 20-year-old male and a 33-year-old male were arrested for domestic related incidents and are to appear in bail court this morning.

2 Persons To Appear in Bail Court On Domestic Related Incidents:

A 20-year-old male and a 33-year-old male were arrested for domestic related incidents and are to appear in bail court this morning.

Arrests:

20-year-old Nicholas Vincenzo Fronzi of 736 McKenzie Avenue was charged with theft under five thousand dollars for allegedly stealing over $120.00 in linen at Zellers (306 Northern Avenue) yesterday.  He is to appear in court on the 23rd of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

39-year-old James Augustin Syrette of 304 Albert Street West was charged with theft under five thousand dollars for allegedly stealing approximately $100.00 in t-shirts at Zellers (293 Bay Street) yesterday.  He is to appear in court on the 16th of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

Robbery:

Yesterday afternoon just after 4:30 p.m. two males attended at a residence in the 100 block of Albert Street West wearing balaclavas.  They knocked and then pushed a 44-year-old female resident who opened the door.  The males briefly entered the residence, demanded cash, and then fled the area in what is believed to be a reddish/purple 4 door car (possibly Chevrolet).  There may have been another occupant in the vehicle.  The males were described as tall and skinny.  The victim was unharmed in the incident and nothing was taken.  The investigation is ongoing. 

Break and Enters:

  • A residence in the 400 block of Sherbourne Street was broken into.  Jewelry, cash and a computer were stolen
  • A residence on Chapple Avenue was broken into.  A computer was reported stolen
  • A shed in the 600 block of Douglas Street was entered.  A lawnmower was taken
  • A shed in the 100 block of Carufel Avenue was also entered.  A 2008 Kawasaki Motorbike was stolen

Property Crimes:

  • A license plate was stolen from a vehicle that was parked in the 300 block of Beverly Street
