Bail Court Today

1) A 29 year old male will appear in bail court this morning charged with assault and assault with a weapon. It is alleged that on the 16th March 2009 a male got into a verbal dispute with his girlfriend and during this threw a deodorant at the victim striking her and then punched the victim about the head and face splitting her lip. Police attended and the accused was arrested.

2) On the 16th March 2009 at approx. 11:45 pm police attended at the City Transit Terminal on Dennis St., with regards to two females fighting. During the altercation one of the combatants brandished a knife and made stabbing motions towards the victim. A 20 year old female will appear in bail court charged with one count of assault with a weapon.

3) City Police attended at a residence 700 block of McKenzie St. at 1:48 am this morning with regards to a break and enter. Police attended and two males were taken into custody. Charged with break and enter, mischief and trespass by night are 18 year old Tyler John Taylor of 8 East Perth Bay and 18 year old Marc Conrad Beaulieu of 301 Goulais Ave. Taylor is further charged with breaching a release order by consuming alcohol. Both accused will appear in bail court this morning.

4) On the 16th March 2009 at approx. 10:00 pm patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Second Line and Korah Rd. with regards to an erratic driver. A license plate number was provided by a witness and the vehicle and driver located. Charged with Impaired Operation and Consume over the legal limit is Harry Wayne Evans aged 63 of 51 Arden St. He will appear in bail court this morning.

Property Crimes

Theft

A wallet was reported stolen from the Marconi Club on the 14 March 2009. It is alleged to have occurred between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm.

Two cars were entered on Beatrice St. yesterday. It is reported that loose change was taken from both cars.
