The following persons will be appearing in bail court this morning: 1) A 29 year-old male was arrested on the 4th of June around 11:50 am at the city police station and charged with one count of mischief under $5, 000.
The following persons will be appearing in bail court this morning:

1) A 29 year-old male was arrested on the 4th of June around 11:50 am at the city police station and charged with one count of mischief under $5, 000. It is alleged that on the 4th of June at around 7:30 am the accused after getting into a verbal argument with his common-law wife, damaged a television set when he threw it to the ground.

2) A 22 year-old male was arrested on the 4th of June just after 2 pm at a west-end residence and charged with one count of threaten death or bodily harm and six counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 3rd of June between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm the accused contacted his girlfriend by phone numerous times and during one of the phone conversations he threatened to pound her face in. During the investigation of this incident the police discovered that the accused has been living with his girlfriend. The accused was on probation at this time with conditions that he not attend at his girlfriend’s residence, to keep the peace and be on good behaviour and not to harass or molest her.

3) 63 year-old Robert Cole of #2 -591 Wallace Terrace was arrested at his residence just before 8 pm and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 1st of June around 8:15 pm while outside a west-end residence entrance way, the accused pushed a 5 year-old boy after getting into an argument with the boy’s step-father who was known to him. The boy was not injured. The accused will is to appear in court on the 16th of July.

4) 38 year-old Paul Boudreau of 33 Ellis Road was arrested on the 4th of June at 11 am on Queen Street West and charged with one count of operate motor vehicle while disqualified and one count of fail to drive in marked lane under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario. It is alleged that the accused was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident on the 4th of June on Queen Street West at around 10 am. It is alleged that the accused was driving westbound on Queen Street West when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck an eastbound vehicle. There were no injuries reported. When officers were investigating the accident they discovered that the accused was a disqualified driver. The accused is to appear in court on the 9th of July.

The following break and enters were reported yesterday:

1) A residence on Gilles Street was entered overnight from the 3rd to the 4th of June. A bank card and some money were reported stolen.

2) An apartment on Sackville Road was entered sometime over the weekend. An X-BOX was stolen.
