Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:
59 year old Craig Harriman of No Fixed Abode was charged with unlawfully in a dwelling house. It is alleged that on the 15th of June 2012 the accused was found in a house on Ohio Ave., when confronted by the homeowner the accused fled. The accused was identified through a police investigation and charged. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 23.
45 year old William Kingston of 76 Central St. was charged with fraud under $5000. It is alleged that on the 2nd of April 2012 the accused was given money from the complainant with the promise of doing roof repairs. As of this date no repairs had been started. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on July 23 2012.
30 year old Lynn Kwissiwa 218 Cheshire Rd. was charged with one count of assault and two counts of breach of probation it is alleged that the accused attended at RJ’s Market where she attempted to steal food items. When asked to leave by the store manager she struck the manager. She was also on probation. The accused is scheduled to appear in bail court on June 20 2012.

Theft from vehicles on McNabb, 500 block of Wellington and a theft of a chainsaw from the 1600 block of Third Line West

- A vehicle in the 300 block of Korah Road had two tires slashed and the paint scratched.
- A wallet containing cash and identification was stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Victoria Avenue.
