Male Appearing in Bail Court after being Charged for Breaching Release Documents:

18 year-old Marc Beaulieu of #2-301 Goulais Avenue was arrested on the 6th of July at 10:35 at the city police station after turning himself in and charged with two counts of breach of a release order. It is alleged that on the 1st of July around 1:06 am city police responded to a fight complaint at a west-end convenience store and when they arrived they encountered the accused, one of the combatants, under the influence of alcohol. At the time of the incident the accused was on a recognizance release order with curfew conditions and not to consume any alcohol. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Break and Enter Reports:


• An office at the YMCA was broken into around 5:34 pm on the 6th of July. It is not known what was taken.
• There was an attempt break and enter reported at 3:30 am this morning at Trio Supply on Second Line The alarm was activated but no entry was gained.
• There was an attempt break and enter reported to a residence on James Street last evening around 10 pm.

Thefts:

• Vehicles were entered on Borden Avenue, the 400 block of Queen Street East and the 400 block of Second Line West. Wallets, a backpack that was green with a Hummer logo on the front of it, a Laptop and power cord were reported stolen.
• Bicycles were reported stolen from garages on Florwin Drive, Pleasant Drive and Carufel Avenue. One bike was black in colour with pink shocks, a black seat with pink stitching, another was a Reebok silver and grey mountain bike.

Fabbricino Missing Again

Detectives from the Investigation Services section of the Sault Ste Marie Police Service are again conducting an investigation into a missing male by the name of Michael Fabbricino, age 30.

Fabbricino was picked up by City Police on July 5th 2009 and brought to the hospital to get the assistance he needed. Fabbriccino subsequently ran from hospital security staff on 6 July 2009 who were escourting him to a care facility at the Riverview Center. City Police conducted a search of the downtown area with negative results.

Again, he is described as a white male, 5' 10" tall, 200lbs, long black hair in a ponytail. He was last seen running westbound from the Hospital. There is no clothing description as Fabbriccino took off from security staff with nothing on.
