One Person for Bail Court Today

The only arrest entry for bail court this morning is a 34 year-old male that was arrested on the 14th of January at 11:30 pm at his east-end residence and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 14th of January around 11 pm the accused assaulted his wife at their residence by grabbing her by the hair and pushing her. There were no injuries reported to the victim.

Outstanding Warrant

28 year-old Amy Lecompte of #8-21 Ferguson Avenue was arrested on the 14th of January at 11:40 am at the court house on an outstanding warrant and charged with one count of failing to appear for fingerprints in December 2007. She is to appear in court on the 25th of February.

Failing to Appear for Fingerprints

A 17 year-old male youth was arrested at 12:04pm on the 14th of January at the city police station after turning himself in on an outstanding warrant. He was charged with one count of failing to appear for fingerprints from the 3rd of January. He is to appear in court on the 26th of January.

The following mischief reports were taken yesterday:

1) A vehicle that was parked at Misty’s Fifties parking lot yesterday had the driver’s side mirror broken off.

2) A vehicle parked in the St. Mary’s College on Wellington Street East was damaged when it was kicked sometime yesterday.

3) A vehicle that was parked at the hospital parking lot between 6:45 am and 3 pm yesterday had a window damaged.
