Domestic Related Arrest Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 33 year-old female at 3:35 pm on the 10th of January and charged her with one count of breach of a release document.

Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 33 year-old female at 3:35 pm on the 10th of January and charged her with one count of breach of a release document. It is alleged that from the 8th to the 9th of January the accused called her ex-girlfriend numerous times and at the time she was on a recognizance peace bond not to communicate with her. The accused is to attend in bail court this morning.

A 16 year-old male youth was arrested by officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service at 8 pm on the 10th of January at his residence and charged with 8 counts of breach or probation. It is alleged that police received a call regarding the accused being intoxicated and causing problems at his place of residence. The accused was taken into custody. At the time of the incident the accused was on several probation orders with conditions that he not consume any alcohol and to keep the peace and be good.

Female Arrested for Shoplifting and Breach of Release Orders
Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 28 year-old Lynn Kwissiwa of 218 Cheshire Road on the 10th of January at 2:02 pm at Joe’s No Frills on Korah Road and charged her with one count of theft under $5,000, one count of breach of probation and one count of breach of a release document. It is alleged that on the 10th of January at approximately 1:22 pm the accused attended at the grocery store and stole a number of items. She was apprehended by store security and held for police. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation and an undertaking order with conditions to keep the peace and be good. She is to attend in bail court this morning.

Break and Enter Report
A garage in the 600 block of Bonney Street was broken into sometime overnight on the 9th-10th of January and tools were reported taken.
