Domestic Related Arrests A 34 year-old male was arrested at the police station yesterday morning and charged with three counts of breach of probation in relation to domestic related incidents involving his ex-common law spouse.

A 34 year-old male was arrested at the police station yesterday morning and charged with three counts of breach of probation in relation to domestic related incidents involving his ex-common law spouse. It is alleged that on the 20th of February he attended at her place of residence and harassed her. The accused is on probation conditions not to attend at her residence, not to harass or annoy her and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

A 25 year-old male was arrested on the 22nd of February at his residence and charged with two counts of breach of a release documents in relation to domestic related incidents involving his ex-common law spouse. It is alleged that on the 22nd of February he communicated and associated with her when on conditions not to. Further he was to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

A 22 year-old male was arrested yesterday at the Algoma Remand and Treatment Centre and charged with two counts of threaten death or bodily harm and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 21st of February he called his ex-common law partner and threaten to kill her and her child. At the time, he was on conditions not to communicate with her. He is to appear in bail court his morning.

Male Shoplifter Arrested

26 year-old William McDonald of 101 Churchill Boulevard was arrested on the 22nd of February at approximately 11:30 am at the Metro Store on Second Line West after he allegedly attended at the store yesterday morning and stole some meat products. He was apprehended by security and held for police. He was charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00 and is to attend in court on the 29th of March.

Female Youth Charged with Mischief

A 16 year-old female youth was arrested at 4 am this morning on Albert Street West and charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.00 and one count of breach of probation after she allegedly broke a door window at a residence on Albert Street West around 3:50 am this morning. At the time of the incident she was on conditions to keep the peace and be good. She is to attend in court on the 23rd of March.

Break and Enter Reports

• An apartment on Connaught Avenue was entered yesterday afternoon. An X-Box and a laptop were reported stolen.
• An attempt break and enter was reported to a garage on Chestnut Street.

Mischief

A garage door was reported vandalized on Borden Avenue.
