Male Arrested after Assault on Security Guard

26 year-old Tyson Seabrook of 192 Tilley Road was arrested on the last evening and charged with one count of assault and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 1st of February just after 8 pm the accused, a suspect in a shoplifting incident from one of the stores in the mall, assaulted a Station Mall security guard. At the time of the incident the accused was on probation with conditions that he keep the peace and be good. The accused is to appear in court on the 8th of March.

Male Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

21 year-old Troy Wabigwan of #3-144 Biggings Avenue wanted on an outstanding warrant was located last evening at 5:05 pm on Cathcart Street and arrested. He has been charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.00, one count of mischief over $5,000.00 and one count of mischief-interfere with persons lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property. The charged are in relation to an incident on the 25th of January when the accused allegedly caused a substantial amount of damage to a Cathcart Street apartment he was residing at and another unit in the complex. He is to appear in court on the 8th of March.

Male Arrested for Making Threats to Ontario Disability Support Program Staff Members

A 38 year-old male is in custody to appear in bail court this morning, charged with one count of threaten death or bodily harm and one count of possession of a weapon dangerous to public. It is alleged that in the afternoon hours on the 1st of February the accused contacted the Ontario Disability Support Program Office on two occasions and threatened to attend there with a weapon and harm staff members. Police were contacted and located the accused shortly afterwards on Queen Street. At the time of his arrest he was found in possession of a hammer. Arrested and charged was 38 year-old Craig Thomas Witty of no fixed address. He is appearing in bail court this morning.
