Threatening Bodily Harm Yesterday evening City Police arrested a 27-year-old male and charged him with two counts of Threatening. It is alleged that on Saturday Feb. 10 the accused was involved in an argument with his wife.

Yesterday evening City Police arrested a 27-year-old male and charged him with two counts of Threatening. It is alleged that on Saturday Feb. 10 the accused was involved in an argument with his wife. During the coarse of the dispute the accused threatened to kill the victim and cause bodily harm to her family. The accused will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 Am.

Fail to Appear in Court & Breach

Yesterday afternoon City Police were called to a downtown hotel in regards to a disturbance call. Upon investigating the involved persons officers discovered that one of the participants was wanted for a warrant. As a result Cindy Biron, age 23, of 59 Cathcart St. was arrested. Ms Biron is charged with Fail to Appear in Court and Breach of Probation. She will be appearing in court on March 19th.

Stolen Vehicle

Yesterday morning City Police were called to a residence in the 100 block of Chapple Ave in regards to a stolen vehicle. Overnight-unknown persons stole a 4 door grey 1991 Chrysler Dynasty.

Break & Enter

City Police investigated one break and enter in the past 24hours. Between 8:30 Am and 3:30 Pm unknown person(s) broke into a residence in the 200 block of Beverly St. A quantity of electronic equipment was stolen.

Mischief

Two incidents of mischief to vehicles were reported yesterday. A Dodge Caravan parked in the 100 block of James St. was damaged as was a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Trunk Rd.

16 Car Accidents

City Police investigated sixteen motor vehicle collisions yesterday. It may have stopped snowing but it’s still slippery near intersections. Please slow down and give your self plenty of room to stop.
