One young person to appear in bail court: At approx. 1:30 am this morning city police arrested a 13-year-old male and charged him with one count of assault.
One young person to appear in bail court:

At approx. 1:30 am this morning city police arrested a 13-year-old male and charged him with one count of assault. It is alleged that the youth assaulted a member of the group home were the youth was residing. The complainant reports being shoved and pushed by the accused. The victim did not suffer any injuries.

Female arrested on warrants:

At approx. 2:40 pm today city police arrested Jacqueline Gray, age 21, of 109 James St. on several warrants. The accused was arrested on warrants for- two counts of theft under $ 5,000, two counts of fail to appear for court and one count of failing to appear for the purpose of identification. The accused will be appearing in court on Jan 25th at 9:00 am.

Male arrested for theft under $ 5,000:

Yesterday at approx. 5:20 pm city police arrested Albert Pratt, age 22, of 311 Huron St. and charged him with one count of theft under $ 5,000. It is alleged that the accused attended at Wal-mart and stole a package of
“Magic cards”, valued at $ 29.45. The accused was apprehended outside the store by store security and turned over to police. He will be appearing in court on Jan 25th at 9:00 am.

Four persons arrested for possession of a substance:

Yesterday afternoon city police arrested and charged four persons for possession of a substance. It is alleged that the four accused were in possession of 84 grams of marihuana, in their residence- 534 Walls Rd. City police had been called to 534 Walls Rd. to assist with another investigation when officers discovered the drugs.
The four accused:
1. Nancy Hazzard, age 47, of 534 Walls Rd.
2. Richard Hazzard, age 55, of 534 Walls Rd.
3. Keith Hazzard, age 22, of 534 Walls Rd.
4. Ashley Burns, age 23, of 534 Walls Rd.
are each charged with one count of possession of a substance and will all be appearing in court on Jan 25th at 9:00 am.

Ski equipment was stolen from a shed at a residence in the 100 block of Market St.
A snow blower was stolen from a residence in the 200 block of Huron St.
A vehicle parked in the 100 block of Panoramic Dr was entered - unknown what was taken.
