At 4:35 p.m. on August 22, 2016 city police arrested 52-year-old James Lloyd Laplante of Albert Street West. It’s alleged that the accused failed to show to the John Howard Society as directed on his recognizance of bail.

At 4:35 p.m. on August 22, 2016 city police arrested 52-year-old James Lloyd Laplante of Albert Street West. It’s alleged that the accused failed to show to the John Howard Society as directed on his recognizance of bail. An arrest warrant was issued. Laplante has been charged with failing to comply with recognizance and will be appearing in court on September 26, 2016

At 10:05 p.m. on August 22, 2016 city police arrested 29-year-old Patricia Martin of NFA on outstanding warrants. It’s alleged that the accused failed to attend court on July 25, 2016 on charges of theft under $5,000. She faces charges of failing to attend court, and theft under $5000, and will be appearing in Bail Court on August 23, 2016.

At 12:40 a.m. on August 23, 2016 city police arrested 29-year-old Loretta Lynn Waboose of Batchewana First Nation. It’s alleged that the accused failed to appear in court on June 24, 2016 on theft charges from May 7, 2016. She has been charged with failing to attend court and will be appearing in court on September 26, 2016 to answer to the charges.
