Break & Enter

37 year old Scott Michael Erdman of 262 Wellington Street west will appear in court on the 11 May 2009 charged with break, enter and theft and also breaching his probation order. It is alleged that Erdman broke into a residence in the 100 block of West St. and stole a small amount of meat valued at $16.78. This was recovered by Police on April 6, 2009.

Two Charged with Mischief

Two males aged 13 and 14 will appear in court on the 05 May 2009 charged with one count of mischief each. On the 06 April 2009 the accused were apprehended by Station Mall Security after they were observed taking bricks from a garden display at the mall entrance and throwing them into the river. Damage is estimated at $300.00.

Possession

19 year old Mathew Thomas Stillert of 437 Third Ave. will appear in court on the 04 May 2009 charged with possession of marihuana. On April 7, 2009 Police were alerted of a vehicle parked at the end of Canal Drive by security and upon checking the vehicle and occupants the drugs were located.
