Two Bail Court Arrests: One adult male will be appearing in bail court this morning with regards to a domestic related charge.

Two Bail Court Arrests:

One adult male will be appearing in bail court this morning with regards to a domestic related charge. 

A 17 year-old male youth was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 2nd of April and charged with one count of fail to appear for prints. 

Male Charged with Refusing to Provide Breath Sample:

Robert Eshkibok, age 30,  of 55 South Eden was arrested at 7:45 pm last night and charged with one count of fail to provide breath sample, one count of intoxicated in a public place and one count of mischief under $5,000.00.  It is alleged that on the 2nd of April the accused was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on Second Line East.  When officers made the roadside breath demand the accused refused to provide a sample.  While in custody at the police station, the accused intentionally clogged the toilet inside his cell and caused it to flood.  The accused is to appear in court on the 7th of May.

Female Arrested for Causing a Disturbance and Resisting Arrest:

Robyn Eshkibok, age 31, of 125 Woodward Avenue was arrested at 7:03 pm last night on Northern Avenue and charged with one count of cause a disturbance, one count of intoxicated in a public place and one count of resist peace officer.  It is alleged that the accused was in an intoxicated state and causing a disturbance at a local sports facility last night. When officers attended and were attempting to speak with her, she continuously cursed and yelled profanities at them.  Upon arrest, the accused continuously struggled and tried to pull away from the officers.  She is to appear in court on the 7th of May.  

A 16 year-old male youth was arrested last night and charged with one count of threaten death or bodily harm for allegedly threatening another youth on that date.  The accused is to appear in court on the 8th of May.

Break and Enter/Theft Reports:

  • An attempt break and enter was reported to a residence on Simpson Street last night.
  • A Husqvarna chainsaw was stolen form Queen Street East.
  • A Supercycle was stolen on Wellington Street East yesterday afternoon. 
  • Gas was stolen from Purolator trucks on Industrial Court.
