Arrested For Making Death Threat Yesterday afternoon City Police arrested a 32-year-old male on charges of: Threatening, Breach of Probation and Breach of an Undertaking.

Yesterday afternoon City Police arrested a 32-year-old male on charges of: Threatening, Breach of Probation and Breach of an Undertaking. It is alleged that the accused male attended at the address of the victim on the evening of April 19th and while there threatened to kill her. At the time of the offence the accused was on Probation, with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. The accused was also on a release document that prohibited him from communicating with the accused. At the time of his arrest the accused was found to be in possession of house keys belonging to the victim. The accused was further charged with Possession of Stolen Property. The accused will be appearing in Bail Court today at 10:00 AM.

18-Yr Old Fails To Report To Police

An 18 year-old male will also be appearing in Bail Court today. It is alleged that the accused while release on an Undertaking breached conditions of that undertaking by failing to report to City Police every Friday. The accused was arrested at an address in the 100 block of Cathcart St. The charges that the accused was originally released on were Young Offender charges.

Break & Enters

City Police are investigating two break and enters that were reported yesterday.

The first break in occurred in then 100 block of Grace St. In this incident culprits forced open a basement door to gain entry to the residence. Once inside a quantity of electronic equipment was stolen.

In the second break in culprits broke a basement window to enter a residence I the 100 block of Anderson rd. It is unknown what was stolen at this break in.

Thefts

Two thefts were reported to City Police yesterday.

In one incident unknown person(s) broke a car window and stole a quantity of clothing from the vehicle which was parked on Hynes St.

The second theft took place in the 400 block of Doncaster Rd. where thieves stole two bicycles from a residence.

Mischief

City Police were also advised of a mischief to a window at the Northern credit Union on Second Line W.
