On Jan. 9, 2018 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 29-year-old Brianna Howard of Trelawne Avenue for the theft of a vehicle.
It is alleged that on Jan. 8, 2018 the accused took a set of car keys from a person known to her and then left the area in the victim’s vehicle without the owner’s consent.
Officers located the accused on Jan. 9 and she was taken into custody. She has been charged with one count of taking a motor vehicle without consent and will appear in court Feb. 12, 2018.
