Domestic Related Arrest A 46-year-old female was arrested on September 7, 2011 at 8:45 p.m. subsequent to a domestic related incident involving her ex-boyfriend.
Domestic Related Arrest

A 46-year-old female was arrested on September 7, 2011 at 8:45 p.m. subsequent to a domestic related incident involving her ex-boyfriend. It is alleged that the accused had repeatedly made phone calls to her ex-boyfriend despite being on an undertaking prohibiting her from communicating with him. She was charged with breach of undertaking and is required to attend court on the 26th of October 2011.

Male charged with committing indecent act

26-year-old Shawn Lionel Potvin was arrested on September 7, 2011 at 7:31 p.m. at his residence at 215 Turner Avenue and charged with committing an indecent act, criminal harassment and breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 6th of September 2011 the accused pulled his pants down exposing his posterior area to a female person known to him. The accused has been harassing this person for the past several weeks. At the time of the offences the accused was on a probation order with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior. He was charged accordingly and is compelled to attend court on the 24th of October 2011.

Shoplifting arrests

31-year-old Jason Alexander Corbiere and 28-year-old Valiere Dawn Agawa of 171 Gore Street were arrested on September 7, 2011 at 3:20 p.m. at the Station Mall Zellers store (293 Bay Street) for shoplifting. It is alleged that both accused parties were together and stole bedding in the form of a sheet set valued at $60. They were arrested by store security and turned over to police who charged them with theft under five thousand dollars. They were subsequently released with a court date of the 17th of October 2011.

A vehicle was scratched on Market Street

There was an attempted theft of a stereo from a vehicle in the 100 block of Mark Street

Roofing shingles were stolen from the property of a building in the 300 block of St. Cathcart Street
