Probation Breach
A 22 year old male was arrested for Breach of Probation. The accused was on probation not to communicate with a female as a result of a previous domestic. Which he violated that condition and is now being held for Bail Court.
Assault
A 46 year old male will appear in Bail Court. It is alleged he assaulted a female in the downtown area as a result of a domestic dispute.
Outstanding warrants
40 year old Mark Joseph O’Connell was arrested at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre on outstanding warrants for fail to appear prints and fail to appear court on an outstanding drive while prohibited charge. He is scheduled for Bail Court tomorrow
Theft:
On the 4th of September 2012 42 year old Margaret Richer of 36 Wallace Terr. attended at Aaron’s Furniture in the Churchil Plaza where she stole a lap top computer. She was charged with theft under $5000 and given a court date of the 1st of October 2012
Robbery:
On the 4th of September 2012 Christopher Rivard age 28 of 427 Wellington St East. was arrested and charged with robbery. It is alleged that on the 20th of August the accused punched the victim then stole several personal items belonging to the victim. He is scheduled to appear in court on October 1 2012
Arrests:
A 20 year old male was arrested on September 4 and will appear in bail court on the charges of assault stemming from a domestic incident.

A 31 year old male was arrested on September 4 and will appear in bail court on the charge of assault stemming from a domestic incident on the 30 of August 2012.
Break and Enter:
On the 5th of September at approx. 3:50 a.m. three males were found breaking into the Polish Hall on Goulais Ave. Charged with break and enter are 19 year old Dustin Elie of 207 Letcher, a 16 year old male Young Person and 21 year old Nicolas Fronzi of 736 Mackenzie, Fronzi was also on probation and was held for bail. The other two males were given court dates of October 1 and October 2 respectively.
Possession:
On the 5th of September 2012 officers stopped a vehicle driven by 45 year old Sean McClarty of Garden River investigation revealed that he was a prohibited driver. The accused was arrested. Upon searching the accused illegal drugs were also found. McClarty was charged with prohibited driving and possession of a controlled drug time two. He is to appear in Bail Court this morning.
Property Crimes
Several mischief complaints were reported to vehicles in the Boundary Rd area.
Theft from vehicles from Mcrgregor Ave. Princeton Dr. Spadina Ave. Glasgow Ave. and the 600 block of Albert St. W.
