A 26 year old male accused will appear in bail tomorrow charged with mischeif and threatening. It is alleged that on the 31Aug12, a couple were having a verbal argument when the accused threw a skateboard through a mirror and threatend the victim.

On September 27, 2012 at approximately 1:55 a.m. police attended at Madison Bar at 701 Pine Street. At that time they checked a male and found that he was on probation not to consume alcohol. Justen Allen Henderson was arrested for Breach of Probation and will appear in court on October 29, 2012 at 9:00am
