Tara McKinley, 32, 275 First Av was arrested and charged with failing to attend court on the strength of a warrant requested on the 10Sep12. She was released to a court date of 15Oct12 .
City Police have responded to 29 incidents since 0500 today including seven motor vehicle collisions mostly minor in nature.
Male arrested for mischief
A 15 year old male youth was arrested last evening and charged with one count of mischief under $5000.00. On May 19th of this year the accused entered the property of CN Rail and used a set of bolt cutters to cause damage to a lock on one of the rail switch stands that are responsible for keeping a train on the correct tracks. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on October 9th.
