4 PM Update
On the 17May12 at approximately 1050 hours Donald Couturier, 27, 29 Pardee Av, was arrested by Police for possession of stolen property and six counts of possession of a restricted drug for the purposes of trafficking. The accused was arrested by the Street Team after a Break, Enter and Theft investigation lead to a search warrant being executed at 272 Conmee Av on the 23Mar12. The drugs were stolen from a local pharmacy in late March. The accused was released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge (OIC) undertaking to a court date of 18Jun12.
On the 17May12 a 37 year old male was arrested on outstanding warrants for assault, assault with a weapon, threatening, choking and two counts of mischief stemming from a domestic situation in late April. The male was held over in custody for bail court on 18May12
Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:
33 year old Peter Miller of 346 Albert Street West was arrested at 4:45 p.m. and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that the accused attended at a business in the 600 block of Queen Street East and after a disagreement with the business owner assaulted him by punching him. No injuries were reported as a result of the assault. Mr. Miller is to attend in court June 18th.

A 15 year old male was arrested and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that the accused assaulted another male youth by grabbing him, throwing him to the ground and punching him. No injuries were reported as a result of the assault. The accused is to appear in court on June 19th.
