Bail Court

1) A 32 tear old female will appear in bail court this morning charged with assault and assault with a weapon after a domestic related incident. It is alleged that the accused on the 12th and 13th of May 2009 did assault the male victim by hitting him with dishes and then chased him with a steak knife forcing him to flee his residence. The accused then ripped the phone from the wall so the victim could not call police. No injuries were reported.

2) A 19 year old male will appear in court on the 24th of June 2009 charged with one count of mischief. It is alleged while he was the passenger in a motor vehicle being driven by his girl friend an argument erupted and in anger he punched the windshield cracking it. The victim pulled over at which time the accused left the area on foot. He was later located by police and charged. The incident occurred on the 13 May 2009 in the early afternoon.

Thefts

A vehicle parked on Taskar Drive was entered sometime yesterday and a blue I-pod was taken.
