19 year old Jeffrey LECLAIR of 652 Macdonald Ave attended at the Police Station and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant.

19 year old Jeffrey LECLAIR of 652 Macdonald Ave attended at the Police Station and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that the accused on April 27 2012 attended at a residence on Capp Ave where he kicked in the owner’s door. As a result he was charged with one count of Mischief under $5000, one count of Unlawfully in a dwelling house and two counts of Breach of Probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 18 2012.

 

18 year old Kyle PAAT, of 1184 Government Rd in Echo Bay, was charged with three counts of mischief under $5000 and one count of possession of stolen property. It is alleged that the accused smashed the window of three vehicles in a parking lot of the 400 block of Mcnabb St. The accused was arrested in the parking lot and when he was arrested he had in his possession items that were taken from the three vehicles.

 

Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:

  • A residence in the 100 block of Gore Street was broken into and a quantity of cash was stolen.  A suspect described as a black male wearing a hoody was seen in the area.
  • A bicycle was also reported stolen in the same block of Gore Street.
