5 Persons To Appear in Bail Court: A 30-year-old male, a 36-year-old male, and a 48-year-old female were all charged in relation to domestic incidents and are to appear in bail court this morning.

5 Persons To Appear in Bail Court:

A 30-year-old male, a 36-year-old male, and a 48-year-old female were all charged in relation to domestic incidents and are to appear in bail court this morning.

20-year-old Jordan Matthew Wagner of 54 Ellis Road was arrested yesterday in relation to a stolen vehicle.  He was in the company of 20-year-old co-accused Dylan Allen Marshall of 77 Johnson Avenue at the time.  It is alleged that they had both stolen a car on South Eden yesterday morning and were arrested shortly after on Wallace Terrace where they were observed by police abandoning the vehicle. They were both charged with theft and Wagner was additionally charged with breaching his probation.  Jordan Wagner was held for bail while Dylan Marshall was released with a court date of the 13th of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.

28-year-old Edward James Petts of 171 Gore Street was arrested early this morning on outstanding warrants for failing to appear for court.

Arrests:

31-year-old Lyle Basil Dawson of 26 Albert Street East was arrested and charged yesterday evening on Albert Street West for causing a disturbance by swearing.  It is alleged that the accused was yelling profanities after being spoken to by police for walking his dog without a leash.  He was released with a court date of the 23rd of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m. 

Break and Enters:

  • A business in the 100 block of Second Line West.  Money was stolen.
  • An attempt break and enter to a another business in the 100 block of Second Line West
  • A business in the 300 block of Wellington Street West.  Money was stolen.  
  • A business in the 700 block of Trunk Road.  Liquor was stolen.
  • A garage in the 100 block of Roosevelt Avenue.  Nothing appears to have been taken.
  • An attempt break and enter to a business in the 300 block of Korah Road. 

Thefts and Property Crimes:

  • Gas was siphoned from a vehicle in industrial park.
  • Cable was stolen from a business on Old Goulais Bay Road.
  • A vehicle was vandalized on Allard Street, Grove Crescent, and the 100 block of Great Northern Road.
  • A window was smashed of a residence in the 100 block of Willow Avenue
