The following persons will appear in bail court this morning:

1) A 74-year old male was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that on the 17th of January the accused assaulted his wife by pushing her. The incident occurred in a centrally located residence. The victim was not injured.

2) oh 18-year old Jake Burch of 108 Crawford Avenue was arrested just after 3 am this morning on an outstanding arrest warrant for one count of theft under $5,000, one count of possession of stolen property and one count of breach of probation.

3) 19-year old Matthew Lafontaine of 319 North Street was arrested last night on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court on January 8th. It is further alleged that on the 17th of January the accused breached conditions of a release order by failing to notify a change of address and failing to be in that residence between 7 pm and 7 am. At the time of the offence the accused was on probation with conditions. The accused will appear in court this morning on one charge of fail to appear in court, one count of breach of a release order and one count of breach of probation.

4) 35-year old Clifford Neveau of 51 Smale Avenue was arrested yesterday on an outstanding warrant for one count of failing to appear in court. It is alleged that the accused failed to attend court in November in relation to a charge of one count of theft under $5,000.

Attempted Break & Enter

One attempt break and enter was reported in the last 24 hour period. A homeowner in the 300 block of McNabb Street reported the incident yesterday morning.
