Assault, Mischief & Unlawfully in a House

Ronald David Lecuyer age 48, of 345 St. Georges Ave. east will appear in bail court today at 10:00 am. It is alleged that on the 25 Feb. 2009 while walking with a female acquaintance an argument developed and the accused struck the victim. The accused followed the victim continuing the argument and when the victim got to her residence the accused attempted to force his way in and damaged the door handle in the process. The accused was pushed out the door and left the area. The accused returned to the residence at approx. 3 hours later and began pounding on the victim’s door. Police were called and the accused taken into custody. The accused has been charged with assault, mischief and unlawfully in a dwelling house.

Breach

A 12 year old male will appear in bail court today charged with breaching his release order. The accused was on a condition not to consume alcohol and it is alleged that he breached this condition. The accused was also charged with breaching his probation order.

Theft & Fraud

A 19 year old female Carlie Meline Carson, of 20 Westgate Drive will appear in court on the 30th of March 2009 at 09:00. It is alleged that while employed at Mark’s Work Warehouse on Great Northern Road the accused falsified returns and then credited her credit card. She has been charged with theft under and fraud. The investigation is ongoing.
