14 Year Old Threatens Death A 14 year old male will appear in bail court today to answer to charges of two counts of threatening death, one count of mischief to property and personation with intent as well as breach of probation.

A 14 year old male will appear in bail court today to answer to charges of two counts of threatening death, one count of mischief to property and personation with intent as well as breach of probation. It is alleged that the accused threatened to kill two family members as well as causing damage to a wall of the family home. At one point when checked by officer’s he identified himself as another person. The accused was on probation at the time of the occurrence to keep the peace and be good.

Three Charged with Domestic Assault

1) A 35 year old female will appear in court on 1st of April 2009 charged with a domestic assault. It is alleged that on the 18 February 2009 she attended at the residence of her ex-husband and assaulted him by striking him in the face. The accused subsequently attended at the Police Services building where she was arrested.

2) A 13 year old male appeared in bail court yesterday charged with a domestic assault. It is alleged that on the 17th February 2009 the accused grabbed his girlfriend and knocked her to the ground. Witnesses intervened and after separating the parties the accused went into his residence and returned with a knife and brandished it in a threatening manner. The accused has been charged with assault, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public and breaching his probation order.

3) An 18 year old male will appear in bail court this morning after a domestic assault. The accused is charged with assault, forcible confinement and breach of probation. It is alleged that his ex-girl friend was visiting him on the 21st of January 2009 at his residence when a dispute erupted. It is said the victim was grabbed and forced to the floor where she was held down. She was attempting to leave but the accused would not let her and forced her to stay for approx. 20 minutes. She was finally released at which time police were notified.
